Rooted in the heart of Giddings, TX, our story began over 25 years ago with a love for real, oak-smoked Texas barbecue.

What started as a humble food trailer has grown into a full-scale smokehouse, where tradition, family, and flavor come together every single day.

Led by Shane and Sharon Hoffman, we stay true to slow-smoked classics - brisket, ribs, sausage, turkey, and chicken - prepared low and slow with signature style.

Every plate reflects years of dedication and a deep passion for doing barbecue the right way: bold, honest, and unapologetically Texan.
